How do I create a report that shows open customer payments and credits?

  1. Choose Reports > Custom Transaction Detail Report.
  2. Click the Display tab in the Modify Report window.
  3. Enter your dates.
  4. In the Columns section, scroll down and select Paid.
  5. Click the Filters tab.
  6. In the Choose Filter section, select Transaction Type
  7. Click the Transaction Type drop-down and select Multiple Transaction Types.
  8. In the Select Transaction Types window, scroll through the list and select PaymentCredit Memo, andJournal.
  9. In the Choose Filter section, select Paid Status.
  10. In the Paid Status section, select Open.
  11. Click OK.
